Chula Vista, Spanish for "beautiful view," carries a delightful family friendly suburban feel and is the second largest city in San Diego. It lives like a younger, better planned city. With greenery along the ample roads, and town centers clustered throughout. This home is located in the newer Chula Vista - East =lake / Millenia area. The complex has a nice playground and pool/hot tub area. The Winding Walk community has multiple pools, a gym, recreational areas and a club house that can be rented for events. There is also a park/baseball/soccer field along with both tennis and basketballs courts just a few blocks away. The community association hosts events throughout the year including holiday competition events, outdoor movies in the Spring and Summer, and various parties. Landscaping is meticulously well kept by the community so there is no outdoor maintenance. Also located nearby are various trails and lakes for outdoor enthusiasts
Very nice, large and clean townhouse. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and were available for anything that we may have needed.Great location by a supermarket and many of the standard shops and restaurants which is important in Chula Vista as everything is very spread out.
Gigi’s place was amazing! The villa is cozy and it’s location is very convenient. The house is very clean and stylish. Gigi is an amazing host! I give this villa and this host a five star!

When we first arrived, her and her husband took the time to explain where everything was. Really made us feel at home. The neighborhood was safe, with everything close by (grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters.) Just a great location. I would highly recommend this place for anyone!
I felt as comfortable as if I were at home here. There is a lived-in quality that helps settle the mind. This home comes highly recommended. Communication remained top notch throughout visit. If you're looking for a place in southern San Diego county, look no further. They even have access to a community pool for days when that marine layer won't budge. Gigi and Miguel were very understanding of personal needs and made every effort to support requests.

My sister and I had the pleasure of leasing a beautiful 3 bed 3 bath townhouse in Eastlake Ca from Giuliana and Miguel, we could not have asked for better landlords. Durning our 4 year stay we found Giuliana and Miguel to be honest, thoughtful and considerate to our needs as tenants. We rented from Gigi (Guiliana) for a year in her beautiful home in Eastlake, and it was such a great experience. From the very beginning, she was an amazing landlord—super communicative, always helpful, and just really easy to work with. The house itself was not only beautiful but also well taken care of, and anytime we had a question or needed anything, Gigi was always quick to respond and super accommodating. She really cares about her home and her tenants, which made such a difference for us. We’re so grateful for our time there and for having such a great landlord.
